Coins

If you change your mind, email gululu.lemen@gmail.com within 14 days of buying a coin pack. We'll refund it as long as you haven't spent any of those coins. Spent coins can't be refunded.

Lemenades

A lemenade is made as soon as you pay, and you can see it right away, so we can't take it back. Lemenades bought from the stand or the marketplace aren't refundable, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Mistakes

If you paid but didn't receive your coins or lemenades, paid twice, or something else went wrong, email gululu.lemen@gmail.com with your username, the date, and the transaction link or signature from your wallet. We'll fix it or refund you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are sent in the same coin to the wallet you paid from, for the dollar value you paid. The network fee isn't refunded. Blockchain payments can't be reversed, so refunds are sent by hand, usually within a few days.
