1. What this is

Lemenade Stand sells digital lemenades for fun. A lemenade is a picture with a serial number. It does absolutely nothing, and it has no use or value outside this website.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time link or code sent to your email or phone. Keep access to that email or phone safe. One account per person. We can suspend accounts that cheat, abuse the site, or break these terms.

3. Coins

• You can buy coins with crypto. At the standard rate, 100 coins cost $1 worth of USDC, USDT or SOL, and bigger packs include bonus coins.
• Coins can only be used on this website, to buy lemenades from the stand or from other people on the marketplace.
• Coins are not money. They can't be withdrawn, cashed out, exchanged for money or crypto, or moved off this website, and they don't earn interest.
• If we ever close the site, we'll give at least 30 days' notice on the website.

4. Secret ingredients

About 1 in 3 lemenades gets a random secret ingredient. Each ingredient has a rarity. The chances are shown before you buy, and every lemenade costs the same no matter what it turns out to be. Rarity is just for fun and does not give a lemenade any real-world value.

5. The marketplace

• You can list lemenades for sale and buy other people's lemenades, using coins only.
• Prices are set by the people selling. We don't promise that any lemenade will keep or gain value, or that anyone will buy yours.
• Don't buy or sell coins, lemenades or accounts for real money outside this website. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Payments

Payments are made in crypto (USDC, USDT or SOL) on the Solana network, sent from your own wallet, such as Phantom, to ours. Blockchain payments are public and can't be reversed, so check the amount before you confirm. You pay the network fee. We never ask for your wallet's recovery phrase or private key. If you do, someone is trying to scam you. See our refund policy.

7. No guarantees

The site is provided as is. We try to keep it running, but it may have bugs or downtime. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll show a notice on the site. Using the site after a change means you accept it.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of Lemenade Stand is based. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.
